United Way of Reno County in Kansas, Dillon Stores, Kopke, Carey, Pearce and the Hutchinson Community Foundations have financially supported the Personal Safety Aareness Program (PSAP) for over a decade. Federal and State allocations have also supported the program over the last thirteen years.

We have had great success with state, county, and local agencies supporting the program and have had the opportunity to implement prevention programs in the local churches in Reno County due to the success of the program in the schools.

Agencies that have purchased the program include:
 Child Advocacy Centers
 Mental Health Centers
 Law Enforcement Agencies
 School Districts

Additional organizations have purchased the program for training including:
 Child Care providers
 School staff
 Healthcare
 Law Enforcement
 Headstart staff
Early Education Centers for children with disabilities
 Big Brothers/Big Sisters
 Boy and Girl Scouts

In 1995, the State and Mental Health Retardation Services recognized us for having a comprehensive and successful program in Kansas that has strong measurable outcomes.

Horizons Mental Health Center is an Associate Member of the National Children's Advocacy Center and listed as Horizons Child Advocacy Center.

"We have had the opportunity to start programs in local churches... due to the success of the programs in the schools."
